Bostik FP 404 Fire resistant polyurethane hand eld foam

Areas of application

FP 404 Fire Retardant PU Foam has been specially developed for the fire-resistant sealing and filling of connection joints and seams in places where requirements are set for the fire resistance of certain rooms or structures. Fire resistance tested in accordance with EN 1366-4 for up to 60 minutes in a 20mm wide joint. Combined with Bostik FP 402 Fireseal Silicone up to 180 minutes in a 40mm wide joint. Ensure the correct fire resistance for your application by consulting the classification and test reports.

  • Up to 4 hours fire resistant in combination with other Bostik Fire Protect products
  • Tested for sound insulation
  • Extensively tested for fire resistance in accordance with EN 1366-4
  • Can be used in joints from 8mm to 30mm wide
  • Combined with Bostik FP 402 Fireseal Silicone, applicable in joints from 8mm to 40mm wide
  • Used individually up to 2 hours fire resistant, up to 4 hours in combination with other Bostik Fire Protect products
  • Sound insulation tested according to EN ISI 10140-2: 2010
  • Fast processing with gun
  • Fire class: B1 (reaction to fire)
  • Tack free after 10-12 minutes
  • French VOC emission class A +
