ROLE: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

POSITION: PERMANENT FULL-TIME

BRANCH: MACBLAIR - DUNCRUE

MacBlair Belfast (Duncrue), a long established builder’s merchant situated at Duncrue Crescent in Belfast and part of the Macnaughton Blair group, require to recruit a dedicated self-motivated person for the above position.

The Person - Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful applicant will have day to day responsibility for supervision of yard and store staff ensuring all company systems are adhered to. 

The Role - Key tasks and duties will include, ensuring high levels of customer service and housekeeping are achieved and maintained, hands on approach with collect customers, assembling orders for delivery, ensuring same are correctly loaded, maintaining stock control and making sure supplier lorries are unloaded and stock put away. 

Skills & Experience - The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of building materials and timber, proven supervisory experience and skills coupled with the ability to work on their own initiative.
