ROLE: BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR

POSITION: PERMANENT FULL-TIME

BRANCH: MACBLAIR - CRAIGAVON

MacBlair Craigavon, a long established builder’s merchant situated at Seagoe Industrial Estate in Craigavon and part of the Macnaughton Blair group, require to recruit a dedicated self-motivated person to fill the above position.

The Branch Administrator will be responsible for the efficient running of the finance and administration function of the Craigavon branch.

 Main duties: 

• credit control management
• purchase / sales ledger administration
• ensuring effective and efficient delivery of day-to-day administrative systems
• maintenance of human resource systems 

Essential criteria: 

• at least two years relevant experience gained in a similar role
• knowledge and experience in credit control
• competent user of accounts software and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
• full driving licence and own transport  

Desirable criteria: 

• experience of health and safety systems
