ROLE : STORE / YARD ASSISTANT (TIMBER)
POSITION : PERMANENT FULL-TIME

Working primarily in our timber department the successful applicant should be trained in the cutting of timber materials using Band Resaw, Cross Cut and Panel Saw. A fork truck licence for Side Loader and Front Loader is essential.
Other duties will include assembling orders for delivery, including non-timber products from picking tickets and the unloading, checking and storage of goods-in deliveries. Serving collect customers with both timber and non-timber products and issuing yard docket for same. Ensuring the highest levels of housekeeping are maintained at all times throughout the sawmill and timber yard area.
Knowledge of timber products is essential.
