MacBlair 'Be Seen' Primary School Initiative

Wednesday, 4 December 2019 10:08:44 Europe/London

'Be Seen' - The new Road Safety Awareness Initiative from MacBlair for Primary School children throughout Northern Ireland and in the Isle of Man.

As Winter rolls in and the mornings get darker, we want to make sure young children can 'Be Seen' on their way to and from school each day.

So MacBlair branches across Northern Ireland have issued FREE hi-vis vests to local Primary Schools for their P1 classes.

We want to help teach children about the importance of keeping safe around roads, especially on dark winter mornings and teach them a bit about why we wear our hi-vis for many different reasons, from our truck drivers to our counter staff.

Featured below includes - Hezlett Primary School, Sacred Heart Primary School Derry, Cedar Integrated Primary School, Landhead Primary School, Carrowreagh Primary School Ballymoney

We think all the pupils look very smart in their hi-vis vests.

Have you spotted any of our Mini-MacBlairs in their hi-vis yet?
